Our Trade in Program offers your family a guaranteed sale price on your current home (Toledo, Ohio and surrounding areas) when you build or purchase a new home with Dold Homes, Inc. We will assess homes up to $130,000.00 market value. Homes are restricted to those that are in “Good Condition”. 

A representative of Dold Companies will analyze the value of your home subject to an independent

whole house inspection (ask for a list of home inspectors). We take into account the price and time period homes have sold in your area with similar features.

The trade in value is based on what we feel your present home will sell for, less a 10% and any necessary repairs needed.

Before we can inspect your home, we do require that you are Pre Approved to purchase or Build a New Home. Please submit for a Pre Approval below.

There will be no charge to you obtaining a trade in price. You will be responsible for the cost of the house inspection. This offer is subject to delivering accurate and marketable title on your present home and purchasing a home owned by Dold Companies.
